Conceived for installation on exterior doors, this hinge features pure, essential design and is ideal for installa-tion in any type of setting.

It is extremely quick and easy to install in floor and pivot doors as well.

Biloba unica does not require the installation of floor or overhead devices or the insertion of a large box into the floor, yet it maintains the advantages of a heel spring closing system.

We will be offering this product either on it's own or with our GT20 top pivot patch fitting. Please select your preferred choice below when ordering.
